We maintain very high level of quality control to ensure that our customers receive value for their money, the finest strands of Raw Materials.

All sales are final, refund can only be possible if what was advertised to you is totally different from what you receive in terms of quality.

Exchange policy

An exchange can be possible within 24/48 hours of receipt. Please be very sure to read and understand our policy before placing your order either on the website or Whatsapp.

We won’t accept a refund / exchange if lace has been cut, or wig has been used or restyled or tampered with.

For exchange to be possible wig has to be exactly the same as delivered to you.

Exchange won’t be possible if you instruct us to deliver a Glueless without lace on to you. Remember we follow instructions. Also if u request for a Custom colored we can’t exchange it.

all return / refund expenses will be on the client.
